HOA Meetings

HOA meetings are typically held twice a year. Notification is sent out via email.  If you do not currently receive email communications from the President and would like to receive them, please provide us your email as soon as possible. 

Meeting Schedule

The 2025 Annual Meeting will be held May 19, 2025 starting at 6:00 pm at Aldrich Elementary. The address for Aldrich Elementary is 506 N. 162nd Ave., Omaha, NE. 

 

Meeting Minutes

Please email the HOA Secretary or HOA President for a copy of the most recent meeting minutes. 

Budget & Income Statements 

Visit our password protected page to view the 2024 Year End Balance Sheet and Income Statement, and Approved 2025 Budget.
