HOA Meetings

HOA meetings are typically held twice a year. Notification is sent out via email.  If you do not currently receive email communications from the President and would like to receive them, please provide us your email as soon as possible. 

Meeting Schedule

The 2026 Annual Meeting will be held May 18, 2026 starting at 5:30 pm at Aldrich Elementary. The address for Aldrich Elementary is 506 N. 162nd Ave., Omaha, NE.

Please email the HOA Secretary or HOA President for a copy of the most recent meeting minutes.
