Current Annuals Dues for Barrington Park are $500. The dues are payable January 1 of each year and cover the upkeep costs of the entrance, tennis courts, parks, trail entrances and more.

For 2024, there is a one time assessment for $150 in addition to the $500 annual dues.

Annual dues not paid by April 1 will be considered delinquent and will bear interest at a rate of sixteen percent (16 %) per annum; computed annually.
